This project was based on a more precise approach that had to consider not only the technical and functional aspects of the construction but also the impact on the surroundings and the surrounding community.

As for the surroundings, the project also considered the arrangement of green areas, leisure parks or sports areas, depending on the needs and requirements of the local community.
